Your California Privacy Rights:
California Civil Code 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. If applicable this information would include a list of the categories of personal information that was shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared information in the immediately preceding calendar year. I. PERSONAL INFORMATION
ThirstyNest does not collect any other personal information that you do not expressly provide. ThirstyNest WILL NOT DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ANY THIRD PARTY WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT, EXCEPT AS DETAILED BELOW IN SECTION IV.
II. NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may also request non-Personally Information, for example, annual income, buying preferences, and age. This information, also known as demographic and profile data, is optional. We may use this data to improve our site and/or personalize your experience at our site, in order to bring you more targeted and relevant content and to display such content according to your preferences. We provide services and products through third parties. V. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS PROVISIONS
As provided by California Civil Code Section 1798.83, a California resident who has provided Personal Information to a business with whom he/she has established a business relationship for personal, family, or household purposes (“California Customer”) is entitled to request information about whether the business has disclosed Personal Information to any third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. In general, if the business has made such a disclosure of Personal Information, upon receipt of a request by a California Customer, the business is required to provide a list of all third parties to whom Personal Information was disclosed in the preceding calendar year, as well as a list of the categories of Personal Information that were disclosed.

You will have the ability to access the information that we have collected about you. You will have an opportunity to correct, update or modify this information.
If we ever send you information by e-mail concerning new products or services that you did not expressly request, we will provide you with an e-mail address by which you may request to opt-out of receiving future notices.
VIII. THIRD PARTY ADVERTISING
Some of the ads appearing on this Website are delivered to you by our web advertising partners. Information about your visit to their site, such as number of times you have viewed an ad (but not your name, address or other personal information), is used to serve ads to you.
IX. RFID TECHNOLOGY
At times, we may collect information from you at brick and mortar locations, such as events and pop-up-stores, using RFID technology, including but not limited to your name, email, and certain social media account information. This information will only be collected with your permission and after you specifically sign up to receive an RFID device, and may be used for the following purposes: monitoring specific, pre-defined activities and posting those activities to social media feeds. This information may also be shared with our sponsors that are clearly identified at such locations.
X. TRACKING & THIRD PARTY COOKIES
Some of our advertisers may serve you cookies as well. Unfortunately, we do not have control over cookies placed by advertisers. If you don't want cookies, your web browser likely includes an option that allows you to not accept them.
XI. IP ADDRESS
Your Internet Protocol ("IP") address is usually associated with the place from which you enter the Internet, like your Internet Service Provider, your company or your university. We may, from time to time, use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, gather broad demographic information and administer our Website.
XI. AGE RESTRICTION
The Website is not intended for use by anyone under the age 21. No one under age 21 is allowed to use the Site, provide any personal information or receive our email distributions.
XII. LINKS TO OTHER SITES
As part of the service, ThirstyNest may create links allowing you to access third party sites. ThirstyNest is not responsible for the content that appears on those sites and does not endorse these sites.
